Do I Need A lawyer to Buy Or Sell Commercial Property?

By OPLawSocialMedia on Real Estate

Many people buy and sell real estate in Florida without the assistance of an attorney, and of course, we do not recommend this practice, particularly in commercial real estate transactions. When commercial real estate is involved, you are dealing with a horse of another color, you are dealing with complexities, you are dealing with issues concerning tenants, you are dealing with easement issues, property owner issues, title issues of course, and of course, some financing issues concerning your lender, in addition to perhaps paying off a previous lender. We strongly recommend that you seek the advice of a qualified attorney when dealing with commercial real estate. There are a number of complex circumstances that you will be dealing with, and many things can go wrong. Your best bet is to have the right professionals by your side. We’d love to hear from you.
