Foreclosure Event Post Election

Sat Nov 1, 2008 by on Press Releases

Now that the dust from the election has started to settle, I wanted to invite you to a talk that I will be presenting this Wednesday Night, November 12, 2008 at 7:00 p.m. titled:
HOME FORECLOSURES: WHAT WE MIGHT EXPECT FROM THE OBAMA ADMINISTRATION

As you may know, about 10 percent of all home mortgages in Florida are delinquent or in foreclosure. More than half of all mortgages exceed the value of people’s homes.

As the recession worsens and lay-offs increase, most economists are not optimistic!

Thus, a number of friends and clients have requested that we conduct this Seminar. Even if you are fortunate enough not to be in this predicament; just like me, you know friends, colleagues, co-workers and family who need to
KNOW THEIR RIGHTS and options.

Remarkably, less than 5 percent of all foreclosures are contested!

So please feel free to attend or pass this information onto a friend:
