I’m here to talk a little bit about the class actions that have been filed against 3M in connection with the earplugs, the Combat Arms earplugs that they were…that were given to our servicemen in the military over the past several years. As some of you may know, these earplugs while they were supposed to prevent and deaden certain loud, loud noises that you would experience while you’re in the military, unbelievably did exactly the opposite.

It amplified the noise and as crazy as that may sound that is, in fact, what happened, that’s what this class action is about. So a lot of our military men who served our country honorably and men, of course, and women who have done so, many of them have suffered tinnitus, and tremendous hearing loss. And we’re here to assist you in being part of a class action to make sure that you get the proper compensation that you’re entitled to, in connection with the damage to your ears.
