OPPENHEIM PILELSKY LAW FIRM ANNOUNCES CLOSING ON MILLENNIUM PLAZA AT PARKLAND
WESTON,
FL-- The law firm of Oppenheim Pilelsky has announced the
closing on Millennium Plaza at Parkland, a real estate deal valued
at more than $8 million. Parkland 2000 Development, L.L.C., a
Weston-based real estate company headed by Ignacio Martinez, is
developing the project.
The Millennium Plaza at Parkland contains over 62,000 square feet
of restaurant and retail space.
The plaza, located at the intersection of U.S. 441 and Mecca Boulevard,
promises to be a neighborhood commercial hub. The construction
loan of $8.4 million through Commerce Bank recently closed and
construction, scheduled for completion in December 2002, has begun.

Even before completion, leases have been signed for the Nail Spa,
Casa Bella Sera Italian Restaurant, Don Pan Bakery and DryClean
